March 2022 Promoted to L3, I’m now trained/authorized to repair all of DRB’s current supported software. Also passed this test first try. One of the fastest L1 to L3 techs they have had.

- Screen to Screen Event management (Transitions)
- Prepaid Setup and debug (gift cards and promotions)
