February 2022 Promoted to L2 and took on a broader range of responsibilities. Passed the test first try

March 2022 Promoted to L3, I’m now trained/authorized to repair all of DRB’s current supported software. Also passed this test first try. One of the fastest L1 to L3 techs they have had.

  • XPT (Express Pay terminal) Kiosk service and TS
    • Gate Setup and debug
    • Screen to Screen Event management (Transitions)
  • Prepaid Setup and debug (gift cards and promotions)
  • Networking
    • Wireless devices
    • Firewall Config
  • Report creation and debug
    • Billing
    • Usage/Sales
    • Loyalty

Other training IV taken there:

  • Washcaps (Intergrations with Gas station POS terminals)
  • VACTech (Intergrations with Vacuum payment devices)
  • Patheon (Next generation cloud based POS for carwashes) In Progress

Have applied to several of there positions in development sofar, but have been unsuccessful. =/
